Awesome AV offers a wide range of lighting, audio and production for any event. Each Awesome Venue is equipped with the latest technology and is operated by our Awesome AV technicians to ensure each event runs smoothly. These services can also be hired externally for any AV requirements on other events.

Awesome FX delivers fantastic products for any event, offering the latest advanced technology. The innovative products can create stunning atmosphere, with products such as LED bars, LED furniture, beautiful table centrepieces, mirror dance floors and much more all available at one stop!

Awesome Christmas offers themed venues across London to host corporate Christmas Parties. Each venue is themed differently each year to offer a new and exciting experience time and time again! Themes range from Viva Vegas to Christmas at the Lodge. Each venue every year is host to both exclusive and shared parties so no matter your size, we will have something to suit you!

ESS (Event Set Services) produces beautifully designed event spaces and set designs. Providing innovative designs, ESS build high end sets for any theme or venue.

Fusion Hospitality delivers award-winning event catering for a variety of events. With sumptuous menus for seated dinners, bowl food dinners, canapés and buffet style options, Fusion offers catering for all events. Fusion Hospitality caters all of the Awesome Group venues with their in house catering.

Our Venues

City Summer House

The City Summer House, situated on Brick Lane in Shoreditch is an ideal corporate Summer party venue and offers a truly unique Summer party experience for your event. Steeped in history and with a fantastic location. The Old Truman Brewery was founded in 1666 and is one of the world’s largest breweries still featuring exposed brick work and an industrial chimney. 

London City Beach                             

London City Beach is the first of its kind pop up beach concept on The South Bank. Featuring, pop up food stalls, craft beer, music, festival feel, VIP beach huts, garden and beach games, palm trees, container beach bars and of course sand. London City Beach presents City Beach Events offering a range of themed bottomless brunches, themed party nights and chill out Sundays throughout June and July. The venue is also host to a range of corporate summer parties for both exclusive and shared.

Christmas at the Lodge

High Holborn is host to Christmas at the Lodge; guests will easily find this alpine oasis. With bespoke Lodge theming throughout, the venue accommodates a variety of corporate parties. The evening begins in the Northern Lights, discovering the sounds and scent of the forest mingled with beautiful lighting, imaginative interior design and great music. Making the way into the Lodge itself, guests will see the gingham draped tables, taking in the vintage skis and stag heads to transport themselves to the spellbinding magic of the forest in their very own mountain hideaway.

The Ballroom Southbank

Situated in Southbank, the Ballroom is a stunning marquee structure. For a range of exceptional winter events, from daytime conferences, to drinks receptions and awards dinners. The Ballroom South Bank is a beautiful blank canvas able to be transformed from day to night with the greatest of ease. There is a catering marquee attached to the venue, to guarantee the highest quality produce at all times, as well as fully fitted attended toilets, and thermostatic heating to ensure optimal room temperature. From more intimate music performances, cocktail receptions and dinner functions, The Ballroom South Bank is the perfect location for a marquee based event this winter 2020. This year it is host to our jaw-dropping Viva Vegas theme for our shared and exclusive parties.

The Bloomsbury Big Top

The Bloomsbury Big Top is an award winning, iconic, multi-purpose events venue based in the heart of London. The venue’s flexible space can be configured for all types of events including Christmas parties, sports events & conferences.  The venue launched in 2010 and has hosted well over 500 events since it’s doors opened for some of London’s top blue chip companies and leading charity events. This 2020 it is host to our astonishing Cirque Shanghai theme for our shared and exclusive events.

 

The Fountain Room

The Fountain Room is an exquisite venue in the heart of Bloomsbury, perfect for hosting a range of events. Over the years the venue has been host to corporate parties, charity dinners, award shows and much more. The venue boasts a beautiful festoon lit fountain, and with the interior themed showcasing the state of the art lighting facilities and stunning decor. The venue is being transformed this year into our Bond themed shared and exclusive events.

 

Boiler House

Located down the infamous Brick Lane in the heart of Shoreditch, the Boiler House is a stunning brick warehouse venue, fitted with large windows and skylights, bringing a spacious and airy feel. The venue dates back to the 1830s, many of the venue’s original features remain, namely the 49m high Truman Chimney right in the centre. This year it is host to our exclusive events for our Peaky Blinders theme.

 

 

Our Events

Doktoberfest

2019 saw the launch of Doktoberfest! Hosted at our venue Dock X in Canada Water, the event is a traditional beer festival, offering a huge variety of entertainment from aerialists to our Oompah band. The event also showcased a delicious range of German foods, including Bratwursts and German kebabs, washed down with a stein of Erdinger. The evening concluded with a professional DJ and disco.

Summer Events

With two venues, we offer a range of summer events, from our corporate summer parties and conferences to our beach brunches. The London City Beach is host to brunches and party evenings suited to any over 18s for a day of fun in the sun, as well as summer conferences and corporate summer parties. City Summer House is perfect for multi-functional events, with both inside and outside space.

Christmas Events

With our portfolio of 7 venues you will find the perfect place to host your Christmas party with us. No matter your numbers, we have a range of venues offering both shared and exclusive events meeting all your expectations. These run through November and December, with a variety of catering options from our award winning in house caterers Fusion Hospitality who are always on hand to ensure that any dietary requirement can be met. Each venue has its own theme every year, showcasing top of the range entertainment, lighting and production to create a showstopper of an event.

Following the success of the Plan It Day Conference in 2015 The Drum approached Awesome Events to host the event for the second consecutive year!

Awesome’s production, AV and management team worked with the client to plan and design the event in a location found within the Old Truman Brewery. The empty large industrial venue was transformed into a unique and adaptable space with a stage, bar, productions booth, 2 break out areas, a cloakroom and an outdoor space.

The one day event saw 250 suppliers and clients attend for presentations and discussions and team exercises and hundreds of marketers come together to devise creative solutions to real-world issues.

Awesome reconstructed our Summer venue into a creative capacity for Prezi Presents Summer Conference. The conference saw 170 delegates come together over 2 days for guests presentations from world premier presentation experts.

The outdoor garden and was the ideal breakout area for delegates to enjoy, breakfast, lunch and refreshments, before the venue was converted into a party zone for delegates to enjoy a BBQ dinner, drinks and party!
